I wanted to stay away from pye acura for their worst service.. when i realized that the management got changed, i wanted to try getting some services done..the new guys are are trustable and customer friendly.. recentky window glass in my acura tl did not rollup and they checked it for free and ensured it stays up. I am sure its more than 10 minutes work and they did not charge anything..whenever i am ready to fix the regulator i will come here and change it. Thanks guys..
I moved to Chattanooga already owning an Acura. It is very new and I don't know everything I want to about some of the features. I stopped in and spoke to a salesman (Jay) who took the time to go out to my car and explain how a feature worked. I was very impressed since he knew he was not going to get a sale but still spent time making sure I was a happy Acura owner.I love my MDX and I now love knowing that when I'm ready to trade for another Acura, Chattanooga has a good dealership with people who go the extra mile to help you.
I love the Acura Service Department! Appointments and quick and easy to make and the service is thorough but still quick. Xander is awesome and always gives top notch customer service.
Everyone was fantastic! They were all very helpful and polite, and pricing was fair!
