Best service department in Chattanooga! Unexpected alternator issues on my way to an appointment. Within 15 minutes I dropped off my car and was back on the road in a loaner. Where does that ever happen?

Great costumer service. I bought a used Mercedes in mint conditions there. Dorve 2 hours to see the car, service was great & car was great. Decided to buy it, only issue is i went by myself & i couldnt drive both cars home. The salesman Tony offered to drive one of my cars back home & delivered it to my door & he did.. Not only did he sell me a great car but he took his time to ensure he deliver it 2 hours away in Murfreesboro where i live. This type of guest care is not common now a days. I recommend Tony from Acura Chattanooga he is a great guy! Thanks so much for the help & service.
Miguel, Al and Bill all provided me with outstanding service relating to the purchase of a used Toyota Highlander. When I got the car home and the battery was dead after the first couple of days, Bill drove out to my home, provided me with a beautiful Acura to drive temporarily, took the Highlander to the service center, replaced the battery and then returned the car to me downtown the next day. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received at Acura of Chattanooga. And I am loving my new Highlander. Thanks so much!

Give this place your business and ask for Jay! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I'm particularly impressed with Jay Vandeventer, who is a salesperson full of integrity and hustle. I live more than 1000 miles from Chattanooga, yet received honestly and service as if I were the owner's best friend. I was looking for a very specific Acura that was no longer available in my market, so I went to the internet and a nationwide search to locate what I need.In the end, I didn't buy from Jay because another dealer had the exact color I wanted (and Jay didn't), but I truly wanted to give my business to Jay and Chattanooga simply because they treated my with great respect and dealt with me with utmost honesty. Jay was timely with responses and information. He asked important clarifying questions to ensure that he was working toward my best solution. Jay was upfront with pricing -- providing more competitive pricing than anyone else in the country. He also came out of the shoot with such a great price that I never had to wonder if he was giving me his best deal or had to haggle to get him to a fair price. Even though I live far away, I will call Jay next time I'm looking for a car because I know I'll receive unparalleled treatment. I'm sad that I couldn't give him my business, but I hope these comments will encourage someone to reward this team for their great work (plus, you owe it to yourself to go with the best).
