I live over 2 hours away from Acura of Chattanooga, and after test driving at a local dealership in Franklin, TN, we were unable to come to an agreement so I spoke with Tony at Acura of Chattanooga. In a matter of about 3 days, we agreed on terms for sale price of the RDX, trade in on my 2007 CR-V and located a car with my interior & exterior color preferences. I stopped by today for warranty work on a 13 year old vehicle. I've read the horror stories online of places who do all they can to get out of doing warranty work so I was worried about how it might go. I'm very pleased to report Stephanie and everyone else was super friendly and helpful. No fuss at all, they diagnosed it, told me it had a lifetime warranty and ordered the part. I will have to return since the part wasn't in stock but it goes a long way toward putting me at ease that they want to help even if it's just honoring a warranty issue.
